A lot of Christians keep their knowledge of the Bible in a “theological junk drawer.” In the second part of our introduction to Psalm 145 and the Attributes of God, we learn why and how to keep our theology organized. We learn about the ten major areas of theology and six different ways of studying theology, so that we can better study our Bibles in general and Psalm 145 in specific.

In the third part of our introduction to Psa. 145, we learn that if we are not careful, we can think we are studying the Bible when we are not. We are also reminded to beware of false teachers and to use discernment in who we receive spiritual instruction from. Finally, we are reminded, as we study God’s attributes, that God is not a man, but an infinite eternal being.
